Rally Costs

These are shown on the individual rally data sheet and are usually quoted as £ ?? PUPN + Rally Fee.

(For 2014 the rally fees vary from £4.00 PUPN up to £10.50 PUPN and averages out as well under £6.00 per night.)

PUPN = Per Unit Per Night

Rally Fee = £1 per person per rally.

Occasionally for some of the 'special rallies' a fixed fee is quoted. Then it is usually £ XX per couple or £ YY for a single traveller. This may also be + rally fee.

Usually you pay on arrival at the rally. Holliday Rallies and some special rallies may require payment inadvance. (This will be stated on the rally data sheet, which will include to whom to make the payment and by when).

For some rallies where catering is provided you may also be asked to 'Book' with someone (usually a committee member). This is to get an indication of how many will be attending so you will all get fed adequately. If you attend a rally where 'Booking for Catering Purposes' is indicated and you have not booked, then you will still be welcomed, but the people who have booked will be fed first.
